BookReview respects copyright and intellectual property. Infringing content is not allowed on the platform and we process every valid notice through the procedure below.

2. Scope

This policy covers all content shown on the website: book descriptions, sample files, cover images, quotations, reviews, lists and outbound links.

3. Filing a notice

Send it via the Feedback & Contact form (copyright complaint topic) including:

• Physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or an authorized agent;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on BookReview;
• Your contact information: name, address, email, phone;
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

4. How we process it

• We acknowledge receipt promptly;
• We disable or remove the accused material when the notice is facially valid;
• We notify the member who posted it and provide counter-notice instructions;
• Repeat infringers are terminated.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice through the same form containing: identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that you have the right to post it, your name and contact details, and consent to jurisdiction. Material may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the rights owner files an action.

6. Note

Knowingly material misrepresentations may be unlawful and expose the sender to damages, including costs incurred by BookReview and affected members.
